LOCATION: Midtown – The Quail is a no-fuss cabin with a small bedroom and sitting area but NO kitchen. In the sitting area is a futon couch that has seen better days (a leather couch will replace it soon) and mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, making The Coyote our most spacious budget-option for two. The Quail cabin can optionally be connected (via the living area) to the Sparrow Cabin, so please reach out to us directly if you'd like to book both rooms together. Please make no mistake: this is a modest room intended to make our fabulous location available to budget travelers. If you're seeking additional amenities or more gracious spaces, please check out our other offerings at a slightly higher price point. Also please note that The Quail is at the corner of Sudderth and Grindstone Lake Road, so you may hear occasional traffic noise. You will be renting the entire cabin. There is also a shared yard in front of the cabins that you're welcome to enjoy (it's directly on Sudderth, Ruidoso's main street, so it's the perfect spot for enjoying the various seasonal parades hosted by the Village).

DESCRIPTION: ABOUT CASEY'S CABINS Location, location, location! Casey's is on Ruidoso's main street, one block from the river and steps away from the Village's best restaurants, shops and cafes. Our cozy, rustic cabins have been the “Heart of Midtown” since their construction in the 1940s. The cabins vary in size from single bedrooms to large cabins that accommodate up to ten, making Casey's the perfect spot for individuals, couples or large groups looking to rent multiple cabins together at one convenient site. Casey's is located 3 blocks from Wingfield park, a 10 minute drive to Grindstone and Inn of the Mountain Gods, a 15 minutes drive to Ruidoso Winter Park and 30 minutes from Ski Apache.
