Ruidoso is a mountain town subject to winter conditions, we always recommend 4WD and/or tire chains.

Introducing The Riverdeck, a charming addition to UCLC, offering a serene escape just a mile from Mid Town Ruidoso. Nestled along the river in Upper Canyon, this quaint commune features three cozy cabins: two duplexes (Riverdeck A and B - *see our 2 bedroom page*) and one cottage. "The Cottage" boasts a comfortable queen bedroom and a pull out double sleeper sofa in the living room, a full bathroom, a private patio perfect for relaxing just steps from the Rio Ruidoso. Guests can enjoy fishing right along the riverbank and take in the natural beauty of the small green space nearby.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a living room with a gas fireplace, satellite TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Cabin-side parking and all linens provided for your stay. While these cabins are not pet-friendly, they provide an ideal space for a peaceful getaway. For those planning a small gathering, renting all three cabins gives private access to the gazebo, a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and BBQ.

Despite the proximity to the river, The Riverdeck cabins were unaffected by recent floods, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. With stunning views, a quiet riverside setting, and all the amenities you need, The Riverdeck has been a guest favorite for years and is a proud new offering from UCLC.

This cabin does not have A/C but is cooled very well by the River and shade provided by the surrounding trees. We have portable A/C units if needed.
