Welcome to 3 Alarm Retreat, a beautiful new addition to the UCLC family of Ruidoso cabin rentals! Nestled among the towering Ponderosa Pine trees just north of Brady Canyon, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-floor cabin offers the perfect mountain getaway. Like all our locations, it’s flood-safe during the monsoon season, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Relax and unwind on the expansive wrap-around elevated deck, complete with a lower-level deck and a private 6-person hot tub—ideal for soaking after a day of hiking or skiing. The cabin features easy access via 4 stairs, and inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher—rare convenience in Ruidoso cabins. Stay comfortable year-round with central A/C and heating.

The first floor boasts two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower. The large living room features a 60" flat-screen smart TV, wood-burning fireplace (firewood available at our main office), and cozy seating for gatherings.

Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and a trundle bed (two singles, one pulls out), and another with a queen and King Bed bed side by side (see note at the bottom). The spacious lower level bathroom includes a shower and tub. Every bedroom is equipped with a 50" Roku TV—just log into your streaming services for endless entertainment. Plus, the in-suite washer and dryer means you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your visit.

Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or cozying up indoors, 3 Alarm Retreat offers all the comforts you need for a memorable mountain retreat.

Note: old photos - formerly a double and a queen is now a queen and a king. Also the futon is gone there is a trundle which is two twin beds.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads.
