Midtown Park House- Bio-Magnetic Spa, Fireplace, Wi-Fi, AC/heater, & Game Room!

This house is located next to Wingfield Park, just a block from the heart of Downtown Ruidoso,
where you can enjoy Ruidoso’s favorite restaurants, shops, breweries, and local wineries. This house has
a large backyard with a bio-magnetic therapeutic spa. Enjoy a panoramic view of Wingfield Park and
watch for wildlife, such as deer and Ruidoso’s famous wild horses that like to hang out at the park and
stroll in front of the house.

This single-level house includes three bedrooms; that can comfortably sleep 11 people, two
full bathrooms, and a game room. A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. Not to mention
the gas grill in the backyard. This house also includes Wi-Fi, a fireplace, AC/heater unit, ceiling fans,
dishwasher, garbage disposal and new washer and dryer. There are three queen beds with new high-
quality mattresses with one mattress in each room, an additional twin bunk beds in two of the rooms,
and a futon in the third room. All rooms have a closet with extra blankets and pillows. One of the rooms
includes a pack-and-play. The game room has a Bluetooth sound bar and variety of games for all ages;
including board games, tumbling tower, four-in-a-row, foosball, ring toss, dartboard, pool table, and
corn hole.

Not only is this a cozy and comfortable home from the inside, but it is also on the outside. Enjoy
the fully fenced-in backyard with beautiful tall pine trees. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh pine
smell and immerse yourself in what it is like to live in the woods, even if it is only for the weekend. Try
