LOCATION: Upper Canyon Under the tall 100' Ponderosa Pine Trees - 1-2 minute drive to mid-town

DESCRIPTION: The Ginger Bear cabin is located in the historic Upper Canyon. It has a wonderful raised deck to enjoy the forest views and nature that frequent the area. The front entrance has only 1 steps making it quite accessible. Both bedrooms are on the upper level, but the sleeper and 2nd bathroom with jetted tub are on the lower level. Besides the wonderful views, you will enjoy dining out on the covered deck and the bbq grill where you can prepare some sizzling steaks or burgers for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools to make up some scrumptious meals and a dishwasher so you have more time to enjoy your stay. The entire cabin exudes the mountain feel that Ruidoso has become so popular for, with a touch of modern conveniences to enhance your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. This cabin is very tastefully decorated and will surely be a place you'll want to return to time and time again. After a day of golf, skiing and other activities Ruidoso has to offer, kick back and watch the world go by or take a stroll along the Rio Ruidoso River for a relaxing nature walk. Take in all the Wildlife from the comfort of your private deck – hummingbirds and many other bird species frequent your feeder – Deer roam thru the property and surrounding area year round and in the warmer months the occasional Black Bear can be sighted. Settle in for the evening in front of the fireplace – This cabin is in the perfect location – but only minutes away from all Ruidoso has to offer. Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads.
